Quick Update
I've been crazy busy with work and a social life, so haven't had a chance to post recently. Please, please forgive me. To keep my thousands of readers who want to know how my weight loss is going... I'll give ya this.
I'm currently wearing size 16 pants and XL shirts from Old Navy. Though, the other day, I did comfortably wear a size large t-shirt. My birkenstocks had to have the straps pulled in to the tightest notch. The belt I bought in January had two more holes punched in it, and I'm using the very last hole, which means an awful lot of belt has to be relooped through the pants. Weight... this morning I weighed 187 lbs.
I still have issues with snacking during the day. But... I'm trying to figure out what drives me to food. The whys, wherefores and all that jazz. I exercise quite regularly: swimming, yoga, biking, walking, jogging (yes, jogging, though my longest period of time jogging without slowing to a walk was 10 minutes.)
